Chimes have a higher AR and have a WA that slowly heals you over time if you keep it out. Talismans have less AR and the WA gives miracles hyper armor. At exactly 40, canvas is best. At 39 I think Sacred Chime is better, and at 42 I think it again becomes better. You just want to consider the weapon art.
