WebJul 4, 2007 · Problem has settled down now, clutch pedal feels very odd, its is very slow to return but has stopped jamming in the down position (so don't need the retrieve cable any more!). Pedal takes about two seconds to return if pressed fully down. Its a pain but as long as it doesn't get any worse, it's only got to last two more weeks then it wont be my problem. WebAug 26, 2014 · If the pedal moves the seals in the master are letting fluid by, it should be rock solid.There is only a small return spring on the pedal and the pressure plate fingers do the work of returning the pedal by compressing the slave .
