WebHRAP is a voluntary recruiter assistance program that allows qualified IET graduates to promote Army service in their hometowns while in a permissive temporary duty status. The intent of the program is to allow recent IET graduates to go to their hometowns and share their experiences with their peers to connect with the target market for recruiting.
